Our preferred method of payment is pre-payment from within the Netherlands and Paypal from outside the Netherlands . Off course, Paypal may be used from within The Netherlands as well just like pre-payment can be used from outside the Netherlands.

When you click the “secure check out” button, you will be connected to our secure ordering system. In our ordering system you may choose the PayPal method or the Pre-payment (bank transfer) method.

In case of Paypal you will be directed to the Paypal site. After your payment is registered you will be redirected to our site. You will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you supplied.

In case of Pre-payment just send your order. You will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you supplied. In order to complete the order the next step is to transfer the requested amount to the following account number:

During the ordering process you may cancel the secure order process at any time until you click on the "Send Order" button. No details will be passed on to us, until you click on the "Send Order" button.

When your payment has been verified your order will be processed and send through priority mail. Usually you will receive your order within a few days.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If your DVD is faulty on receipt, please return the DVD to us and we will be happy to exchange it. Defective DVD’s will be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. DVD movies may ONLY be exchanged for the same item and may NOT be returned for refund.
